Bryngarw Integrated HubProject Management, Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent (RIBAStage 4 with option to extend through RIBA Stage 5, 6 and 7)Awen, with the support of Bridgend County Borough Council, is undertaking the design development of a new Integrated Hub within the grounds of Bryngarw Country Park. The Hub will support a number of Awen’s outcomes including providing a new, fit-for purpose base for its training and employability schemes which support adults withlearning disabilities. RIBA Stage 3 is now complete and planning approval is in place. Awen is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced construction consultancy to fulfil the roles of Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent for RIBA Stage 4,with the option to extend through stages 5, 6 and 7. The anticipated total project budget is £4.5m, with a building footprint of approximately 845sqm.
