Concession arrangements and collective catering services for the Early Childhood Centre - Kirchberg

This contract is for concession arrangements and collective catering services for the European Commission in Luxembourg, Early Childhood Centre (CPE), managed by the Luxembourg Office for Infrastructure and Logistics (OIL). The contractor will carry out collective catering tasks on the site and within the facilities of the CPE in Kirchberg, in particular: — under a concession arrangement: midday meals for about 600 children, — under a service contract: snacks for about 1 200 children and meals for 55 supervisors. At the current time, catering is provided by an OIL department of the European Commission. The contractor will ensure preparation of meals and other services within the facilities entrusted to it by the institution. The services will include, in particular: — preparation of menus in the CPE3 kitchen, — preparation of lunches and snacks, — provision at midday of hypoallergenic meals and/or meals excluding the most common allergens, — a ‘hypoallergenic’ choice for snacks, — meal service at table in refectories, — provision of snacks on trays and trolleys, — preparation of snacks and lunch-packs for outdoor activities, — removal of snack trays, — daily cleaning and maintenance of refectories and kitchens, — transport of meals and snacks between the CPE 3 building and the CPE 1 building.
