Supply of Gas, Electricity and Water Metering Services

Description

The purpose of this framework is to provide cost competitive gas, electricity and water metering services that minimise the administrative effort of Participating and Contracting Authorities. Divided into 3 lots Lot 1 - Gas Metering Lot 2 - Electricity metering Lot 3 - Water metering Lot 1: Gas Metering Service Lot 1, of the framework will allow the award of contracts for the supply of Gas Metering Services, through mini competition or direct award. Direct award may be based on the highest scoring supplier at framework tender stage overall or in individual areas, of price, quality of service, social value or continuity of supply of existing services. Lot 2: Electricity Metering Services Lot 2, of the framework will allow the award of contracts for the supply of Electricity Metering Services, through mini competition or direct award. Direct award may be based on the highest scoring supplier at framework tender stage overall or in individual areas, of price, quality of service, social value or continuity of supply of existing services. Lot 3: Water Metering Services Lot 3, of the framework will allow the award of contracts for the supply of Water Metering Services, through mini competition or direct award. Direct award may be based on the highest scoring supplier at framework tender stage overall or in individual areas, of price, quality of service, social value or continuity of supply of existing services.
