CWC24119 - Specialist Domestic Abuse Services - Lot 1: Domestic abuse specialist support in safe accommodation

Description

The procurement was an open, above threshold procedure in accordance with the light touch regime as set out in section 9 of the Procurement Act 2023 and the Council's Contract Procedure Rules. Although the services identified fall under Sections 9 and 10 of the Procurement Act 2023, the Council has chosen to observe a voluntary standstill period in accordance with Section 51 of the Act. This service will provide specialist domestic abuse support within refuge and dispersed safe accommodation settings (across a minimum of 28 units). It will offer trauma-informed, person-centred interventions alongside a safe physical space to encourage recovery, independence, and empowerment. Through a step-down and move-on pathway, the service will aim to support victims into longer-term, stable housing, and help victims to thrive in a life free from abuse.
