DAC 137/21 - DoH - Access to pensions legislative database

Description

The Department require an up to date (and constantly updated) legislative database with full searchable functionality and the ability to trace complex amendments. This service will also provide access to the other health service pension schemes legislation for comparison purposes. The required service is currently provided by Pendragon through Perspective, their legal and regulatory information service for the UK pensions industry. The contract will be for a period of 3 years.
