Further / mini competition from Scotland Excel’s Dynamic Purchasing System - Treatment and Disposal of Recyclable and Residual Waste (27-17) under Lot 1 - Treatment of Co-mingled Mixed Recyclate. Lot 1: West Dunbartonshire Council require a competent service provider to carry out the processing, treatment and disposal of the co-mingled Recyclate collected by Waste Services kerbside collections. The provider must have access to a ‘Tip Site’ in the form of transfer station, bulking facility or material recycling facility within a reasonable and practicable travel distance for the Council to deliver, this has been determined at 19 miles from G82 2UA. This requirement will support the Council to meet their statutory recycling targets outlined by the Scottish Government.
