The University of Sheffield, using the ability to Direct Award to the top ranked supplier under the HEPCW National Apple Equipment, Accessories and Associated Services - ITS6004HW Framework Agreement, has entered into a Sole Supply contract with Academia Ltd for an initial 1 year period which may by mutual agreement of both parties be extended for a further 3 x 1 years to a total length of 4 years. No minimum or maximum levels of spend are guaranteed, the University will call-off as and when requirements need.
