Procurement of Services for the Verification of Educational Qualifications and Professional Experiences in the Area of Recruitment and Employment of Staff

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 2018/1046 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 July 2018 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the European Union, the European Parliament has decided to issue this invitation to tender with a view to sign a contract for specialised services for the verification of educational qualifications and professional experiences in the area of recruitment and employment of staff, in order to reduce the risk of fraud affecting the documents and/or the information communicated by the candidates. Lot 1: The European Parliament, or any other body acting on its instructions, can conduct in-depth checks by contacting the educational establishments attended by the recruited candidate and previous employers in order to verify the candidate’s educational qualifications and professional experience, such as to determine the veracity of the information provided by the candidate and to reduce the risk of fraud. The tenderer will be requested to provide one or several of three categories of services: (i) verification of two diplomas and three professional experiences; (ii) verification of a single diploma/certificate/professional qualification upon request; (iii) verification of a single professional experience upon request.
