Building Services Technical Advisor Services for project 0700C6 Easter Bush Infrastructure extension to HV and DH

Description

The University of Edinburgh wishes to appoint WSP UK Limited to provide Building Services Technical Advisor Services for Easter Bush Infrastructure HV and DH Project – Phase 1, located within the Easter Bush Campus. The technical advisor services will support the design, build and commissioning of the infrastructure works undertaken by the appointed main contractor. The technical advisory services are focused largely on Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, with a minor element of Civil, Structural and associated Builders work necessary to deliver a fully complete, commissioned and operational installation. The appointment will cover RIBA Stages 4-7 including consultant services for stage 5 and 6 inspection and defects reporting duties. Contract period: 2 years and 2 months This contract is being awarded via Direct Award utilising the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) RM6165 Construction Professional Services Framework Agreement - Lot 1 Built Environment & General Infrastructure.
