GSTT - Security Services - Equipment Systems

Description

This procurement relates to the appointment of a specialist security services provider to deliver comprehensive equipment systems support for Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. The contract covers the planned preventative and reactive maintenance, monitoring, fault response, and ongoing technical support of the Trust's CCTV, video surveillance systems (VSS), access control, intruder alarm, and associated security infrastructure across acute hospital and community sites. The contract is awarded as a call-off under the NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Security Services, CCTV & VSS Framework (SBS10502), Lots 3 and 5, following a further competition. Services include 24/7 monitoring where required, compliance with NHS information governance, health and safety, and data protection requirements, provision of management information and performance reporting, and support for system upgrades, lifecycle management, and handover arrangements. The arrangement supports the Trust's operational resilience, patient and staff safety, and long-term security assurance.
