Tipperary County Council (TCC) Machinery Section is currently seeking to Purchase 1 No. Self-Propelled Chipping Spreader. This process will require the Purchase of 1 No. Chipping Spreader depending on cost, cost-benefit analysis and Tipperary County Council Finance Sections approval. The scope in the Request for Tender document is to outline the minimum requirements of the Chipping Spreader. The scope of the specification is to set the minimum requirement for the Chipping Spreader to enable it to perform the tasks required. The specification should be read in conjunction with any national regulations in force for vehicles using the public highway and with any EU Directive and Standards in force relevant to Chipping Spreaders and their equipment.
