Description

The scheme is to provide a two-storey extension with links into the current Rockingham Wing which accommodates maternity and neonatal services. Rockingham Wing will remain operational throughout the build period. The Contractor provides the Works in accordance with the Scheme Agreement entered into under the Construction Works and Associated Services 2 (CWAS2) / ProCure 23 (P23) Framework Alliance Contract (P23 FA).
