Event Management and Buyer Recruitment Services For Luxury Showcase Events in the GB Market

Tourism Ireland requires the services of an Event Management and Buyer Recruitment Services provider for Luxury Showcase Events in the GB Market. These services include the organisation of and buyer recruitment for one luxury showcase event per annum as detailed in the specification at Schedule 1. The successful bidder must have adequate resources to fulfil the requirements including a demonstrable knowledge of the GB travel market, relevant clients for Ireland and the ability to attract the target audience – in response to the specification - plus a comprehensive database of GB-based luxury buyers. The Contract Period will be for an initial one [1] year period with the option to extend annually for up to two [2] further years, subject to budget and annual performance review, and other factors. It is anticipated that the Contract will commence in May 2026. Please note that this tender opportunity will be informed to local GB based suppliers.
