Market Engagement for the retender of the Mental Health Supported Living - Women only provision

Camden are conducting another market engagement event for a service in the Mental Health Supported Living Pathway. As stated in the Notice for Mental Health Supported Living Phase 1, published on 15th October 2025 (reference:2025/S 000-065676), Camden Council was unable to award the contract for Lot 3, the new Mental Health Supported Living Women only provision that went out to tender in 2025. Following this outcome, the Council undertook an open market survey to gather insight and feedback with providers, to help understand views on the proposed service model and specification. This engagement has been extremely valuable and has informed a refined service and cost model. In particular, feedback highlighted that the financial envelope was a significant barrier to delivering the quality, outcomes and workforce sustainability expected. The Council now wishes to further engage the market to: • Set out, test and validate the refined service model and commissioning assumptions; • Ensure the future tender provides a safe, proportionate and sustainable service; • Maximise the likelihood of a successful procurement when the service is re-tendered. We are inviting the market to an online event scheduled for Tuesday 27th January 2026, 2.00pm – 3.00pm. Ahead of the event, please access and review further information.
