This contract has been awarded and is published for Transparency purposes. This contract is aimed at helping to enable the Potential PSM to submit a scoping paper related to the spin-out to the Council’s Children’s Committee in mid-March 2015 with the Potential PSM requiring initial support to secure approval and then prepare and implement a transition plan. This will develop a clear understanding of commercial and financial requirements necessary for the Potential PSM to grow and thrive whilst capturing and sharing key learning and experience with other Parent Bodies and children's services considering mutualisation. This requirement was procured via an open procedure on Contracts Finder.
