Consultant Services for Royal Victoria Place (RVP) Car Park Repairs and Refurbishment

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is inviting tenders for the services of an experienced Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor to oversee the concrete repairs and refurbishment works and contract at its Royal Victoria Place Multi Storey Car Park. The proposed works will comprise concrete repairs, line marking, new signage, lighting, and other works to improve and renew the facility. The refurbishment contract is intended to be let as a single contract to a main contractor, with all refurbishment works delivered within the scope of the contract, supervised and coordinated by the Employers Agent.
