The Contract is completed in accordance with the following particulars: Customer: Transform Housing & Support (company number 01057984) whose registered office is at Bradmere House, Brook Way, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7NA Supplier: Pennington Choices Limited (company number 3945920) whose registered office is at Brookfield House, Grimsditch Lane, WA4 4EA Services the Supplier is to deliver: • Asbestos surveying and testing • Providing Transform access and use of asbestos management system used by Pennington Choices, which is currently Alphatracker The FTS Notice: the contract notice with reference number 2023/S 000-013658 dated 2th May 2023 published through the UK e-notification service. Date of the Framework Agreement: 22nd November 2023
