4713-06 Turnkey contract TE1 New Oksnes waterworks - Qualification phase

Description

Askøy municipality shall construct a new water treatment plant, raw water pumping station and a clean water pool at Oksnes waterworks on Askøy. A new treatment plant shall be constructed at a new location on the opposite side of the County road. A new raw water pumping station shall be constructed at the same location as the current water treatment plant when a new water treatment plant is put into operation after a trial period. Click here https://permalink.mercell.com/202154170.aspx Lot 1: The contract work includes the establishment of new Oksnes waterworks, including construction and groundwork, machine/process engineering work, HVAC and plumbing. The contract primarily concerns the following work and installations: - Engineering design for all disciplines. Function as Responsible applicant (SØK) - Groundwork/site work in connection with the new water treatment plant, the clean water pool, the raw water pumping station, water and sewage / cable ditches, etc. - Building with water treatment plants. Complete including all disciplines and machine/process engineering work. Basal area approx. 390 m2. Main structure: Concrete cast on site and/or precast concrete elements. - Photovoltaic systems, installed on roof of the water treatment plant - Clean water pool with a valve body. Complete. Concrete pools cast on site with two identical chambers. Basal area pools approx. 160 m2, internal height approx. 6.5 m and efficient water volume of approx. 700 m3. Valve body in concrete cast on site with a basal area approx. 32 m2. The valve body has a minimum level lower than the bottom pool and has full height up to and including the height of the superstructure located above top pool. - Demolition of the current water treatment plant and the raw water pump sump. - New raw water pumping station in concrete cast on site, three levels including a dived pump sump. The basal area for the two top levels is approx. 25 m2. - Underwater work for the new raw water pumping station and water and sewage pipes in Oksnesvatnet (the Oksnes lake). - Various outdoor water and sewage systems (pipe system, channelling of streams, sewage pumping station) - Various cable ditches, including cable trenches in connection with the alteration of the existing high voltage overhead line (to be coordinated with Norgesnett). - Roads/sites at the new water treatment plant - Fencing, barriers, gates - Various alarm/monitoring systems
