Description

Procurement For All (PFA) are a Procurement Consortium providing EU compliant Frameworks and bespoke Procurement solutions for public sector organisations to draw down from. This PIN is to inform potential interested service providers of our new framework titled Lifts, Stair-Lifts, Hoists Servicing, Maintenance, Installation and Associated Services Framework available nationwide to a variety of public sector originations (housing and non-housing). This Framework covers: Maintenance Installations and Associated services within, but not limited to, the following areas; Passenger Lifts — Part Renewals and Repairs 1 Stair and Floor Lifts Homelifts Bed-hoists Access Hoist Minivators Supply and Fit Notices Electrical Works Supply Only Keys Testing/Cleaning/Reset/Adjustments to Lifts Insurance Testing Periodic Servicing and Inspections Breakdown Callouts Lift Auditing and Consultancy Services. Lot 1 — Passenger Lifts (including MRL's), Heavy Goods Lifts and Service Lifts — Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs — Servicing, maintenance, repairs and associated services for any passenger lift, heavy goods lift and service lift (including Passenger Lift operating functions such as Traction and Hydraulic both in MRL and non-MRL options. This includes the requirement to conduct the servicing, maintenance and repairs as managed by the client or in a collectively managed approach. Bidders will be expected to provide / use all services, work, materials and associated services related to this Lot in accordance to the relevant industry standards, accreditations and guidelines as well as adhering to all associated legislation. To enable greater client flexibility this Lot may also include a small proportion of work to also include Platform and Through Floor lifts that will need to be directly or indirectly provided as part of this Lots work by successful Lot 1 service providers. Lot 2 — Passenger Lifts (including MRL's), Heavy Goods Lifts and Service Lifts — Refurbishment, upgrading, supply and installation (including extraction, removal, storage and refitting) — Includes refurbishment, upgrading, supply and installation and associated services for any passenger lift, heavy goods lift and service lift. Includes Passenger Lift operating functions such as Traction and Hydraulic both in MRL and non-MRL options. Enables to conduct the above as managed by the client or in a collectively managed approach. Bidders will be expected to provide /use all services, work, installations, materials and associated services for Lot 2 in accordance to relevant industry standards, accreditations and guidelines and adhering to all associated legislation. For client flexibility this Lot may also include a small proportion of work to also include Platform and Through Floor lifts that will need to be directly or indirectly provided as part of the work by Lot 2 service providers. Lot 3 — Vertical Through-floor, Platform and Short Rise Lifts — Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs — This covers the relevant servicing, maintenance, repairs and associated services for any vertical through-floor, platform and short rise lifts. This includes the requirement to conduct the servicing, maintenance and repairs as managed by the client or in a collectively managed approach. Bidders will be expected to provide / use all services, work, materials and associated services related to this Lot in accordance to the relevant industry standards, accreditations and guidelines as well as adhering to all associated legislation. Lot 4 — Vertical Through-floor, Platform and Short Rise Lifts — Refurbishment, upgrading, supply and installation (including extraction, removal, storage and refitting) — This covers the relevant refurbishment, upgrading, supply and installation and associated services for any passenger lift, heavy goods lift and service lift. This includes the requirement to conduct the above as managed by the client or in a collectively managed approach. Bidders will be expected to provide / use all services, work, installations, materials and associated services related to this Lot in accordance to the relevant industry standards, accreditations and guidelines as well as adhering to all associated legislation. Lot 5 — Stairlifts and Steplifts and Hoists (Ceiling Track Overhead, Mobile and Bariatric) — Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs — This covers the relevant servicing, maintenance, repairs and associated services for any stairlifts, steplifts and hoists. This includes the requirement to conduct the servicing, maintenance and repairs as managed by the client or in a collectively managed approach. Bidders will be expected to provide / use all services, work, materials and associated services related to this Lot in accordance to the relevant industry standards, accreditations and guidelines as well as adhering to all associated legislation. Lot 6 — Stairlifts and Steplifts and Hoists (Ceiling Track Overhead, Mobile and Bariatric) — Refurbishment, upgrading, supply and installation (including extraction, removal, storage and refitting) and leasing — This covers the relevant refurbishment, upgrading, supply and installation and associated services for any stairlift, steplift and hoist. Bidders will be expected to provide / use all services, work, installations, materials and associated services related to this Lot in accordance to the relevant industry standards, accreditations and guidelines as well as adhering to all associated legislation. on. Lot 9 — Auditing and Consultancy for Passenger Lifts, Vertical Through-floor, Platform and Short Rise Lifts and Heavy Goods and Service Lifts — All relevant elements of full auditing and consultation of any lifts included in this Lot (and associated parts/products). It covers aspects for e.g. evaluation of products specification advice, gap analysis/recommendation of properties audited. Provision of routine and ad-hoc reactive audits for occupied/void commercial, communal and domestic premises. Bidders are required to audit a reasonable proportion of all additional lifts, hoists and associated products within the Framework. Work relating to auditing of installations, maintenance contracts is included and enable the ability to provide full documentation, assessment and certification to ensure full compliance and may include risk assessments and other service reports and the witnessing of contractor performance and post servicing and on-site installations quality control inspections. Lot 11 — Auditing and Consultancy for Walking Floors and Escalators — This covers all relevant elements of the full auditing and consultation of any walking floors and escalators included in this Lot (and associated parts and products). It covers aspects for e.g. evaluation of products specification advice, gap analysis/recommendation of properties audited. Provision of routine and ad-hoc reactive audits for occupied/void commercial, communal and domestic premises. Bidders are required to audit a reasonable proportion of all additional lifts, hoists and associated products within the Framework. Work relating to auditing of installations, maintenance contracts is included and enable the ability to provide full documentation, assessment and certification to ensure full compliance and may include risk assessments and other service reports and the witnessing of contractor performance and post servicing and on-site installations quality control inspections. Lot 12 — Complete Auditing and Consultancy for all Lifts, Hoists and Associated Products — This covers all relevant elements of the full auditing and consultation of any lifts, hoists and associated products included in this Framework (and associated parts and products). It covers aspects e.g. evaluation of products specification advice, gap analysis/recommendation of properties audited. Provision of routine and ad-hoc reactive audits for occupied/void commercial, communal and domestic premises. Bidders are required to audit a reasonable proportion of all additional lifts, hoists and associated products within the Framework. Work relating to auditing of installations, maintenance contracts is included and enable the ability to provide full documentation, assessment and certification to ensure full compliance and may include risk assessments and other service reports and the witnessing of contractor performance and post servicing and on-site installations quality control inspections.
