YPO wishes to initiate market consultation for the development of a modular building framework. It is YPO’s vision to design a solution that will support public sector organisations nationally in the procurement of modular buildings. YPO’s public sector customers are bound by strict regulations concerning procurement and public tendering such as PCR 2015 and upcoming Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Regulations 2024.
