The Norwegian Industrial Property Office call for tenders for assistance for the marketing development for the Norwegian Industrial Property Office. The Norwegian Industrial Property Office is promoting innovation and value creation for the industry and commerce and the society. We contribute to an increased competitive climate and help the Norwegian industry to strengthen the activities in different manners. We provide knowledge of intangible rights and values in such a way that businesses can ensure their investments, competitive positions and create increased growth in the Norwegian society. We shall be an active co-participant in relation to research, innovation environments and businesses, in addition to be an authoritative body. In order to achieve this, we must reach our target groups and communicate our message in the best possible manner. We shall increase the focus on marketing and communication. However, we have limited fundings and must work in a cost and time-efficient manner and use our resources optimally. We request a joint-venture partner who can assist in the development of our work methodology related to marketing, routines, strategies and help us with an overall way of thinking. The joint venture partner must transfer parts of his competence to the Norwegian Industrial Property Office's employees. We would like to have a more uniform marketing of all our services, with particular focus in increased participation in courses.
