Description

Almond Housing Association intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with one contractor for the servicing and upgrading of ventilation units over a four-year period. Lot 1: The Works comprise of the Ventilation Servicing and Upgrades at varying “house types” build 1968 onwards. The installation will include each property having a bathroom and kitchen extract fan installed if no existing fans have been fitted. Additionally, a separate circuit for all fans must be installed from the main consumer to each fan all in accordance with the Employers Requirements. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
