Work and Health Programme Job Entry: Targeted Support (JETS) Subcontract

Description

The WHP JETS will provide light touch, personalised support for a maximum of 182 days. Elements to include: • skills analysis including identifying transferable skills - help with support to consider different employment sectors/routes and ways of working, including home working, • re-building confidence and self-efficacy in Post Covid-19 environment (including support for anxieties about working in a Covid-19 environment with a peer support network, potential access to mental health and wellbeing support), • advice and guidance for those wishing to change sector (e.g. building on the sector-based "Step Into" guides Providers already use), • job search support (including CV writing; application process, Interview techniques, including online interviewing).
