The contract is divided into 2 lots: — lot 1: multitechnical maintenance contract for facilities management in buildings 2018–2022, — lot 2: regulatory inspection. Applications cannot be submitted for both lots. — Operation and maintenance of technical installation, infrastructure and equipment, — Operation and maintenance of the structure of buildings, facades, infrastructure and finishings, — Energy management and optimisation, — Technical assistance for the buildings, — Warranty management. The buildings concerned are: — EKI (owned by the contracting authority), — BLB (rented), — Crèche (owned by the contracting authority), — IAK (rented), — PKI (buildings A and C – rented and shared, building B – rented), — Light-house I (rented), — BHK (rented and shared), — WKI including the extension (owned by the contracting authority). Regulatory inspections for EIB buildings.
