Framework contract to lease European Parliament service vehicles

Description

The contract procedure aims at the conclusion of a multiple operational vehicle leasing framework contract to manage the renewal of Parliament's fleet for 4 years. The European Parliament is looking for financing partners (operational leasing companies of all makes) to support it in the implementation of a car fleet policy, by ensuring the operational leasing of vehicles and by helping to manage the fleet by providing appropriate tools. The contract procedure aims at the conclusion of a multiple framework contract with reopening of competition between 3 contractors for a maximum period of 4 years, ensuring the renewal — according to the evolution of clean technologies — of a fleet of approximately 160 vehicles. It is estimated (subject to reservation) that approximately 200 rentals will be subscribed during the contractual term.
