Project works involve the replacement of 1 existing lift for Co-operative Housing at The Sycamores, Rockfield, Dundrum, Dublin 16. The site is a fully occupied, live residential building. • The works involves: • Disconnection, removal, and safe disposal of the existing lifts, plant and equipment. • Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new MRL electric traction lifts. • Electrical installations. • Builders work including, dust proof hoardings on all landings, openings in walls, wall chasing, building in supports, lifting beams, shaft painting, offloading of plant and lifting into position, removal, and safe disposal of waste materials etc.
