Architectural Services RIBA stages 0-2 incl. - EOI

Description

Lancaster University is currently looking to procure Architectural services to support the development of its Professional Services workspace on their Bailrigg campus, and now invites expressions of interest (EOI) from suppliers interested in this opportunity. Please consider the information contained in the EOI document . If your organisation has the required skills and experience, and wishes to be considered for this opportunity, please respond as instructed. Lancaster University has recently been reviewing the way in which their Professional Services occupy and use the their space across the university campus. This includes a number of buildings; University House, Bowland Main, HR building, Security Lodge and the ISS building (see attached campus map). Completion of further stages may be required at a later date.
