Notice published prior and 8 day standstill has been exercised, details as follows - Notice identifier: 2025/S 000-069778 Procurement identifier (OCID): ocds-h6vhtk-05d21d This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Intended Approach Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. This Intended Approach Notice is being published in line with Regulation 10 - under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime - PSR) Regulations 2023. (The Most Suitable Provider Process) is being used to commission this service. Lot 1: The Flok Health AI MSK Clinic service will be delivered to the above populations and areas, accepting patients from the Contract commencement date until 31st March 2026. The service will provide eligible patients from all sources (self referrals, new clinician referrals, and the existing waiting list) with a new end-to-end digital pathway for the assessment and treatment of low back pain and or sciatica. The aim of the service is that Flok Health will fully manage eligible patients on behalf of CCS, removing the need for CCS to manage these patients in the traditional pathway. This is expected to reduce waiting times and volumes for MSK physiotherapy services across the area.
