External Audit Services (NLP & FAL)

Description

The following External Auditor services are required for both ALEO's - NLP and FAL: (a) Provision of timely advice on the most up to date accounting legislation and relevant accounting standards to enable each entity to produce compliant Annual Accounts. (b) The planning, management and execution of the annual external audit of each entity. (c) Report any serious weaknesses, fraud irregularities or breakdown in accountancy controls identified during the course of the audit to the Management Committee / Board and attend any such meetings as necessary. (d) Submission of all annual accounts to Companies House per the required filing requirements, including correct format. Lot 1: External audit services for both ALEO's - NLP & FAL. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
