Construction All Risk Insurance for the EIB New Building in Luxembourg

Description

This tender has the objective of awarding one single service contract with multiple insurers (lead-insurer and co-insurers) for the construction all risk (CAR) Insurance, covering physical loss or damage to the works for the construction of the new office building of the EIB in Luxembourg. The works are related to the construction of an office building with three underground and five above ground levels, along with a 16 storey tower, for a constructed surface of 63 680 m2. The total value to be insured is EUR 227 000 000. The CAR insurance contract is intended to be awarded to multiple insurers covering portions of the contract.
