Bath Christmas Market 2026 - 2030 Site & Production Delivery

Description

Delivery of the production, site, security and traffic management for Bath Christmas Market. The contractor will be required to:  Maintain, load, transport, construct and remove temporary structures in accordance with specifications and schedules, specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council.  Provide temporary event staff to cover a wide range of roles and duties in accordance with specifications and schedules, specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council.  Provide temporary event site services such as: staff welfare facilities, event control premises, power distribution, water, sanitation, fencing, lighting, refrigeration, firefighting equipment, Wi-Fi and on-site communications.  To design, create, deliver and construct artistic installations and special features as required and/or agreed by Bath and North East Somerset Council.  Provide temporary event security provision in accordance with specifications and schedules, specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council.  Provide temporary event medical and welfare services in accordance with specifications and schedules, specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council.  Provide temporary event waste and recycling services in accordance with specifications and schedules, specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council.  Provide hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) measures where specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council working in partnership with Avon and Somerset Police  Provide experienced and appropriately qualified temporary coach marshals to ensure the safe arrival and departure of coaches to ensure minimal disruption to the network.  Provide traffic management as specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council, Event Team.  Provide site plans and technical drawings (CAD) during the whole planning period of the event.  Attend daily, and any other briefings/meetings as specified by Bath and North East Somerset Council. ## Contract award
