Hitra Municipality would like to have a consultant who can assist with the development of contract strategy, implementation of the chosen strategy, including formulation of tender documentation and contracts, legal assistance, and assistance in the project development phase. Lot 1: Hitra Municipality would like to have a consultant who can assist with the development of contract strategy, implementation of the chosen strategy, including formulation of tender documentation and contracts, legal assistance, and assistance in the project development phase. The assignment can be expanded with assistance with project management and project control. If a partnering model is chosen, the consultant must offer an interaction consultant who assists the municipality's in the project development phase and the execution phase. The consultant must also be able to assist with team guidance, process management, and the establishment and maintenance of a good collaboration culture in the project.
