The Council is seeking to understand the market's ability to provide: • Safe, secure, and appropriate accommodation for victims of domestic abuse, including those with complex needs. • Holistic support services that promote safety, recovery, and long-term independence. • A therapeutic approach to supporting children and young people. • Inclusive and accessible provision that reflects the diverse needs of our communities. • A partnership approach that aligns with local strategies and statutory duties under the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 • Specific support tailored to meet the needs of all people who need to access services, children, and young people and adults.
