The Employability Centres 2014 provision in the South West Wales JCP District is intended to provide a one stop package of learning to enhance the claimant’s life skills, independence and understanding of the World of Work. Providing momentum and motivation to ensure that the claimant fully understands that the world of work, can work for them by not only improving their financial situation but improving the wellbeing and welfare of both themselves and that of their immediate family. The requirement is for a Provider to deliver a support service that provides intensive support, builds momentum and provides impetus for individual claimants, by enhancing their employability prospects. Providers will also be required to provide a 13 week In Work Support service that will be commensurate with the requirements of their Individual Action Plan
