Lot 1: General Architectural Consulting (Single-recipient) - Support in translating the strategic roadmap into actionable Items - Overall Guidance in Pro’s and Con’s on implementing components based on upcoming demands - Overall Guidance in the governance of this Data Platform Lot 2: Data warehousing in Microsoft Azure (Multi-recipient) - Infrastructure Set Up - Data Integration with various sources - Data Factory + Data Bricks - Data Lake Organization - Cosmos DB - API Management - Synapse Lot 3: Data Governance & Data Security (Multi-recipient) - Data Access - Documentation Lot 4: SAP BW Data Warehouse (Multi-recipient) - Support existing Landscape in day-by-day operations - Adopt and develop Dataflows mainly from ECC. - Build Queries and provide Reports in AfO as well as Webi - Shift Data towards BW4 Hana which acts as a datahub Lot 5: Reporting and Dashboarding (Multi-recipient) - new reports and dashboards will be developed based on power BI Lot 6: Support Operations (Single-recipient) - First and second level support Azure - First and second level support BW Lot 7: AI and Machine Learning (Multi-recipient) - Artifial Intelligence and Machine Learning Lot 8: SAP BI-BPC to support existing planning applications (Single-recipient) - Support of financial budget and forecast application
