Research consultancy services

Description

Drammen municipality shall enter into parallel framework agreements for the purchase of consultancy services in connection with evaluation of projects Drammen municipality was responsible for and has implemented. The consultancy services shall be provided for all services areas that Drammen municipality are responsible for. Use of resources may be related to individual assignments or as a full time consultant job over defined period. The assignments subject to evaluations can be projects, services and organisational entities. The list is not exhaustive. The purpose of the consultancy service is to get external environments to evaluate the degree of goal achievements for these type of projects, as well as identify factors that have encouraged or restrained the goal achievement. The analyses shall indicate if the projects have achieved the requested effect. The assignment will include i.a. implementation of evaluations, needs assessments, mapping, impact assessments, professional development work and knowledge capture. The contracting authority requires evaluators involved in research and consultancy environments, either as individual assignments or as combination/cooperation assignments.
