Description

Oslo kommune has started works to secure the previous landfill site at the Langøyene and facilitate for recreation and bathing for Oslo's growing population. The Agency for Real Estate and Urban Renewal (EBY) is assigned the Builder Function for the project, and is now in the process of procuring a project manager and construction manager to assist the builder in the project. The Contracting Authority makes reservations for final funding from Oslo kommune after completion of KS2, which will be completed in Autumn 2017. Refer to the attached requirement specification/performance description. The procurement is divided into the following categories: 1) Project Manager (hereunder also the role of Builder's representative), 2) Construction Management, hereunder the main construction manager and technical construction manager in RiG, RiM, RiB, RIVA and RiE. Main Construction Manager shall also hold the role of KU.
