Description

The competition concerns a contract for the registration and emptying of sand traps. The municipality is in the process of extensive upgrading of the water and sewage networks, where several major clean-up projects and extensive registration and condition assessment of pipelines and manholes has been started. As part of this work, there is a need to gain an overview of all the sand traps the municipality has maintenance responsibility for, and prepare a plan for systematic emptying and inspection of the sand traps as well as implementation. The value of the procurement is anticipated to be 2 900 000 NOK excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The amount is an estimate and is not binding. The Contracting Authority is subject to the municipality's budget coverage in the contract period. See part 2, requirement specifications, for further information. Lots and alternative tenders Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The Contracting Authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
