The municipalities of Fredrikstad and Hvaler want to procure a new administrative system for nursery schools, schools and before- and after-school care (SAS). The aim of the procurement is to get: — facilitated for digital interaction with the users in secure channels, — optimised, coordinated and simplified administration of the nursery schools and the schools with Out of School Hours Care schemes, — efficient work through the most modern system that we believe will provide the best user dialogue, — eliminate work assignments a operations that are currently done twice/multiple times, — re-use of contact information so that the next time the user logs on, they are offered re-use of the previously registered data, — system that meets all requirements and laws for archiving of all types of documents handled by the sector regardless of the degree of sensitivity.
