***THIS ADVERT IS FOR A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT ONLY***<br/><br/>NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands CSU on behalf of NHS Coventry & Warwickshire ICB are seeking to carry out a market engagement event with those providers with suitable knowledge and experience to provide a Non-Emergency patient transport service for patients in the Coventry and Warwickshire area.<br/><br/>The main hospital sites covered by this service are University Hospital Coventry, Hospital of St Cross (Rugby), Warwick Hospital and George Eliot Hospital (Nuneaton). There is also a requirement to carry out cross-place and out of area transport requests as appropriate. It is intended that this service will operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with the successful provider working closely with acute, mental health and community healthcare settings to ensure capacity aligns with patient attendance patterns. It is anticipated that any contract let will be for an initial 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 years. <br/><br/>Further details regarding this requirement can be found in the service specification which is available to download from the Atamis portal.<br/><br/>The ICB intends to hold a market engagement event on Tuesday 15th July at 9.30am. Providers are asked to register for the market engagement event via the following link: https://atamis-1928.my.site.com/s/Welcome. There will be an opportunity for providers to request 1:1 appointments via the questionnaire which will be available on the Atamis portal. In addition, providers will be able to access a draft of the service specification (and associated appendices), draft service KPIs and activity data. Additional information: Please note that this notice does not bind either AGEM CSU or Coventry and Warwickshire ICB to any act, including but not limited to carrying out a procurement for the services described in this notice or in any accompanying documentation which may be made available to the market at this time. In the event that a procurement process is pursued following this notice, providers should note that it will be carried out under the requirements of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Furthermore, the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023, save for those requirements detailed in regulation 28 of the Procurement Act 2023 (Consequential and Other Amendments) Regulations 2025, do not apply.
