Cleaning and related maintenance services for the European Commission in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

Description

This contract is for cleaning and related maintenance services in buildings occupied (or to be occupied) by the European Commission in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. This contract is made up of 3 lots: 1) cleaning premises, windows and glass surfaces, clearing of snow, salt spreading and supplying products and accessories; 2) provision of hygienic containers, anti-dust mats and pest control; 3) maintenance of green spaces and rental of indoor plants. Line items: 1) Basic cleaning premises: a) evening cleaning services (daily, weekly, fortnightly) and periodic maintenance services (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually); b) permanent service throughout the day; 2) diverse specific ‘low frequency’ cleaning services; 3) cleaning of windows and glass partitions; 4) supplies of products and accessories; 5) ad-hoc services: a) ad-hoc services relating to lot 1, according to the needs of the Commission, for example, restoration work following flooding; b) clearing of snow, treatment of ice and salt spreading. Line items: 1) Regular services: — provision and maintenance of hygienic containers, — provision and maintenance of absorbent dust mats, — pest control; 2) ad-hoc services relating to lot 2. Line items: 1) maintenance of green spaces; 2) rental and maintenance of indoor plants; 3) ad-hoc services relating to lot 3.
