Description

The containers will be used to store bike fleets in various schools around Cardiff and 1 community site. The bike fleets will be utilised by children of all ages. Nursery, Reception and Year 1 will be able to use balance bikes and older pupils will be able to use the bikes as part of their daily school activities and trips. This initiative is to increase the participation in Cycling as a sport and for commuting, to help increase active travel, leading to cleaner air and a healthier population in Cardiff. The duration of this contract will run for 6 months from award, to cover deliveries and lead times associated with the items. The successful tenderer shall enter into a formal Contract to provide the Goods and Services to the Council in line with the tender documentation and the terms and conditions.
