Description
The scope of the framework contract is to supply portable emergency offloading pumping system for oil and liquid hazardous and noxious substances (HNS). Lot 1: The supply of equipment systems shall include transportation, commissioning of the equipment and on-site training services. The equipment systems ordered by EMSA shall be delivered by the supplier in one of the European Union or European Free Trade Association countries identified by EMSA within each specific contract.
