For the Provision of Watercourse Maintenance across Huntingdonshire

This report recommends Aquaserve Maintenance Limited and Breheny Civil Engineering Limited for appointment. The tender was issued to suppliers on the Constellia framework via the Due North ProContract etendering portal. The procurement exercise targeted appointing 2nr contractors to enter the Measured Term Contracts for delivering Watercourse maintenance works across Huntingdonshire. Two tenders were returned, from Aquaserve Maintenance Limited (referred to in this report as Aquaserve) and Breheny Civil Engineering Limited (referred to in this report as Breheny). The tenderers were asked to provide written responses to 3nr qualitative questions, as well as submitting their price for the works. All qualitative questions were marked out of 5, with a weighting factor applied to reflect the percentage of the evaluation criteria allocated to that question. A score of a two or lower for any one question resulting in the entire tender being scored as a zero. Both tenders provided good qualitative responses and both scored 80% of the full qualitative score.
