Norfolk County Council has awarded a contract giving access to a readily available digital library of Virtual Reality training videos which contain a variety of acted scenarios showing the lived trauma and experiences of children in care as well as various interventions from carers showing how reactions from the carers will affect the outcome of a child’s behaviour. Lot 1: The Council is seeking access to a readily available digital library of Virtual Reality training videos which contain a variety of acted scenarios showing the lived trauma and experiences of children in care as well as various interventions from carers showing how reactions from the carers will affect the outcome of a child’s behaviour. The videos should be available either in 2D format online or via Virtual Reality headsets offline. .
