C410a (2025) Supply and Installation of Low Voltage Monitors

Description

The contracting entity intends to establish a framework arrangement under which it shall appoint economic operators to enter into separate framework agreements for the Supply and Installation of Low Voltage Monitors in two (2) Lots: Lot 1: Supply and installation of Low Voltage Monitors for pole mounted secondary substations; and Lot 2: Supply and installation of Low Voltage Monitors for ground mounted secondary substations. Each framework agreement awarded will be for a period of five (5) years with an option, exercisable entirely at the discretion of the contracting entity and subject to the terms of the framework agreement, to extend by a further optional period of up to three (3) years, with a total potential duration of eight (8) years. The total value of the framework agreement is estimated at between £11.79 million and £16.10 million. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Supply and Installation of Pole Mounted Low Voltage Monitors Lot 1: Supply and installation of Low Voltage Monitors for pole mounted secondary substations. This Lot involves the supply and delivery of multifunctional Low Voltage (LV) Monitors for retrofit installation in pole-mounted secondary substations. The monitors and associated data platforms will support Northern Ireland Electricity (NIE) Networks in addressing network constraints, optimising investments, and facilitating the rollout of Low Carbon Technologies (LCT). The framework agreement awarded will be for a period of five (5) years with an option, exercisable entirely at the discretion of the contracting entity and subject to the terms of the framework agreement, to extend by a further optional period of up to three (3) years, with a total potential duration of eight (8) years. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Supply and Installation of Ground Mounted Low Voltage Monitors Lot 2 : Supply and installation of Low Voltage Monitors for ground mounted secondary substations. This Lot involves the supply and delivery of multi functional Low Voltage (LV) Monitors for retrofit installation in ground-mounted secondary substations.
