Swansea Council (The Council) is awarding a suitably qualified and experienced provider who can deliver flexible Service for Children and Young People with additional learning need/s or disabilities the accessibility of play and leisure opportunities. Services must be appropriately registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) and capable of offering individual support, tailored to each child/young person needs.
