Description
Home Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to provide ad-hoc scaffolding works (supply, erect, dismantle) for properties that are the responsibility of our parent company River Clyde Homes, and are located within the Inverclyde area. The contract will run for an initial two-year duration. HFS may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further three, twelve-month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder. It is a prerequisite for any company that wishes to be considered for the contract that they are current members of the National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (or equivalent). Extensive experience of using both lightweight and traditional scaffold is required.
