Description

The RSA, which is the agency in Ireland responsible for reducing death and injuries on Irish roads, recently published a Contract Notice seeking a Contractor for the delivery of a Business Solutions Platform to be comprised of a number of specified components, which must be capable of being further developed and used by RSA (or by any third party appointed by RSA) across a variety of business processes. The successful Tenderer is required to initially deliver these components configured as a full business Solution for the Driver Testing process in the RSA, but the components must be re-usable in the context of other business processes. Following evaluation of Tenders received, the RSA is proceeding to contract award stage as outlined further in section V of this notice.
