DN731932 Lift Consultancy Services for PAM

Description

LBH seek to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced Lift Consultant to support PAM with the surveys of a number of lifts across the Hackney housing stock. The purpose of the surveys will be to identify priorities, estimated cost of upgrade and or replacements, in order to support PAM in development of a programme of works. This programme of work will identify and priorities lifts to be delivered by the appointed Capital Lift Framework contractors over the next 3 to 4 years. This opportunity is direct call off from the established Fusion 21 Lifts Framework - Lot 5 Lift Consultancy. The term of the contract will be for a 12 month period with an option to extend for up to a further 12 month period. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in early 2025.
